Towards individual autonomy





We believe that each one of us is responsible for his/her own behavior. A positive approach celebrating exemplary behaviors is favoured.

When an individual doesn't respect the code of conduct to the point where it is necessary to exclude them of group, we follow these progressive steps in order to help the individual find their own solution.

A student who has demonstrated acceptable behavior continuously for a reasonable period (up to three weeks depending on the age of the child) will descend the steps to discipline through a plan of action revolving around understanding, prevention and education.

Depending on the gravity of any given offense, and especially in cases involving violent behavior, the Principal reserves the right to go to higher steps on the discipline ladder immediately.
