Dr. Stacey Rosenberg was born in Vernon, BC and grew up in the Salmon Arm/Shuswap area. After completing an associate degree (Diploma in General Studies) at Okanagan University College, in Kelowna, BC and Carlton University in Ottawa, Ontario, Dr. Stacey commenced her Chiropractic training at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. She graduated from the 5 year double Bachelor degree Chiropractic program (Bachelor of Applied Science (Clinical)/Bachelor of Chiropractic Science) in December 1999. After completing her Canadian Chiropractic Examining Boards registration exams, she became a registered Doctor of Chiropractic in British Columbia.  Dr. Stacey and her staff have been providing Chiropractic care in Gibsons, BC since March 2001.

Dr. Stacey has been active in her community from a very young age, serving in school government in high school, university and chiropractic school. Her love of people and chiropractic has led her to be continually involved as a volunteer with multiple Sunshine Coast community organizations: she has organized the Kids Day International event in Gibsons for the past 6 years and each year she aids in organizing the Gibsons Duck Pluck for the Sunshine Coast Community Services. Dr. Stacey submits articles to several local publications, was featured in Just Business Magazine, helps to organize the annual Health Festival, and participated in the 2002 Baby and Child Fair hosted by the Sunshine Coast La Leche League. She is a member of the Coastal Health Integration (CHI) Network and Gibsons Landing Business Association. She is an active member of the British Columbia Chiropractic Association, Canadian Chiropractic Association, Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association, and International Chiropractic Pediatric Association.

Dr. Stacey and her husband Udo Rosenberg have two children. Their daughter Saĵa Monika was born on July 22nd, 2004 with the assistance of a wonderful registered midwife, Anne Marie St. Leger. Their newest addition, a son named Jäger Matthias, was born on August 21st, 2006 with the assistance of two wonderful midwives, Anne Marie and Petra Pruiksma.
