Paul Carpentier moved to waive the reading of the minutes of the last meeting.

Paul Carpentier moved to accept the nominees as a slate, Palle Hoffstein
seconded. Motion carried.
Motion to change bank signing authority to the appropriate new VCON Concom
and WCSFA Board members: Clint Budd, Donna McMahon, Danielle Stephens and
Tatina Osokin. Motion carried.
Clint Budd moved to accept a single specific VCON logo (as designed by Danielle
Stephens). Seconded by Rowan Sawyer.
Michael Walsh moved to register the logo alongside our name.
Paul Carpentier moved to table motion until logo is a finished design and
can be trademarked. Steve Forty seconded. Motion carried.
Steve Forty moved that WCSFA will have control over the logo that VCON uses.
Chilam seconded. Motion carried.
Clint Budd moved that WCSFA purchase a utility shed for our supplies.
Seconded by Jeff Hartt. Jeff Hartt moved to table motion until more discussion
of details can be done. Motion carried.
Al Betz moved to adjourn the meeting. Meeting adjourned at 8:30pm.
