The cedar siding on my house was 30-years old and pretty much falling off in several places, so I had Centra re-side my house with vinyl because cedar has simply become too pricey and luxurious these days, not to mention the fact that I'd have to prime and paint the whole house afterwards. Anyway, they finally finished a couple of weeks ago. I've yet to hear a peep from them. This is interesting, as my brother had Centra upgrade his windows and they provided zero follow-up there as well. Nobody phones to see how you like it, nobody comes by to inspect the work done by their contractors, nada.
I suppose I'm just going to have to phone them, since the contractors cut all my phone lines when they took the phone box off the wall. If Telus is going to charge me for repairing that, I do not expect to be the one shelling out the dough.
