Water was found trapped underneath the vinyl on the roof that requires fixing
A 1" chisel was used to remove white gelcoat, the blue area represents how much had to be removed
You can se the dash was the same as the top, moisture got underneath
The edges of the white and blue will need to be feathered
The wiring that comes from the lower helm to the command bridge
The lid will be sanded and preped on saw horses now that its off the top
The dash will get a face lift with all the gauges and steering wheel out

First coast of gelcoat on roof, needs two more coats as well as sanding to get smooth finish
Eyebrow was fiberglassed where it became delaminated
Sid its time to remove the back bulk head while were here becasue of water damage
We saved your window and you should like your new sliding door we plan to install

This is the last time you will see the old 1974 dash pannel
The wiring diagram - we were able to take most of the gauges out in one piece
Sid drew black circles around some of the old gauges he plans to relocate
Al's filled in some of the old gauges to clean up the dash that will be painted this week
The new fiberglass rear bulkheads were laid up this week and are ready for installation
The new blue tinted portholes will be inset and have a new euro look to them
Sid's new window frames with blue tinted glass will be installed this week!

The window had to be dry fitted and holes drilled and stainless steel bolts to anchor it down
