Like all the agents at , we are paid only by commission. It is important that we work hard for you and make you so happy with our service and your vacation that you'll want to come back to us again to arrange your next trip. We know that you will appreciate our dedication, knowledge and experience. We will really appreciate your return business. Most of the cruises and package vacations that we arrange for our customers pay us a commission so our services cost you nothing more. There are however some airlines, hotels and car rental companies that have chosen to no longer directly pay commissions to travel agents. As a result, if portions of your travel involve such direct bookings with these companies, we (and many other agents) may have to charge a small service fee to you if you require us to make reservations for these portions of your travel. As we are paid only by commission, we know that you will understand why this is necessary and fair. |
