Our Team Although it is usually Jan that you will reach directly on our office phone number, your call may also be answered by Terry. Terry primarily provides background support for our travel research and administration, and computer related support for our team. As independent travel consultants with TravelMasters, we share the TravelMasters Sechelt office space with Debbie Riczu who is another independent travel consultant. As we each have our own very busy consulting practice, we try to avoid impacting the other's workload. For that reason Terry and I endeavor to keep our clients advised of any lengthy planned absences from the office and to keep our telephone messages current. We also set up an email autoresponder to advise anyone sending us a message if we will be away for an extended time. When we are away, our messages will advise how you can get help for emergency issues or for essential bookings that must be made before we return. Since we are part of the TravelMasters organization, this support may come from one of the very experienced agents in our Vancouver office or perhaps locally from Debbie depending on their workloads at the time. |
