TO ALL GUILDMASTERS OR SECRETARIES OF B.C.'S BADEN POWELL GUILDS.

Just a quick note to remind you about our Annual Fellowship Weekend that will be held on Saturday and Sunday, September 29th and 30th in the BACI building at the corner of Douglas Road and Norland Ave in North Burnaby.

The 38th Guild which is hosting this year's weekend has everything well in hand and all we need now is to know how many people will be attending.

A registration form is enclosed and you are asked to return it to Audrey Waddy as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements for the catering and other happenings.

As in previous years, you are asked to send along an activities report of your Guild for the 2006/07 year to date.

Please send this information to me at 4667 Highlawn Drive, Burnaby, BC V5C 3S9 as they will be copied and distributed to all Guilds in their registration packages.

As we did last year, any person wishing to attend only the Saturday (social, dinner, entertainment and campfire) session may do so at a $20.00 cost or the Sunday only session (breakfast, AGM, Lunch and Silent Auction) for a $15.00 fee.

REMEMBER Guilds are asked to bring items for the silent auction, the proceeds of which are assigned to youth activities in the area.

Audrey Waddy, BC Councils Registrar-Treasurer will be distributing 2008 Registration Forms at the Weekend.

Membership in a BC Guild is $15.00 ($11.00 for the Canadian Fellowship and $4.00 for the BC Fellowship) Plus whatever amount your guild requires for your local operations.

ELECTIONS: At the AGM we will be electing a new President, Vice-President and Secretary. If one of your members would like to take on one of these positions, please let me know sometime prior to the meeting. (the nominating committee comprises Jeff Burton 604-596-9948 and Rick Wilmot 604-584-0710)
