Judy Henry is a dedicated musician, a seasoned performer and an experienced and patient teacher.  She is an Associate of the Royal Conservatory of Toronto in flute performance and holds a Bachelor of Music from the University of Alberta.  Significant teachers include Kathleen Rudolph and Brenda Fedoruk, and she has attended and/or participated in masterclasses with Janet See, Robert Aitken, Sir James Galway, and Peter Lloyd.  She has also studied piano and pipe organ for 14 years under Dr. Alexandra Munn and Susan Ohannesian.

Although Judy has been steeped in classical training, she has a passion for Celtic music and has fallen under the spell of the Celtic harp.  In recent years, Judy has immersed herself in Celtic harp, currently studying with Rebecca Blair and Alys Howe of Vancouver.  She has also taken masterclasses and seminars with Maire Ni Chathasaigh, Therese Honey, Kim Robertson and Grainne Hambly.

She has performed at Van Dusen Gardens, Tsawwassen Arts Centre, Hycroft, Canuck Place and numerous other public and private functions.

Judy maintains an active studio in Tsawwassen where she teaches flute, piano, Celtic harp and music theory.  Judy also teaches in White Rock, B.C., and is currently Director of Music at Benediction Church in Delta.
