Red and White
Description & History
The red and white nine-patch pattern was inspired by the backing fabric, found at First United. The old-fashioned teddy bear print was too pretty to cut up, so a top was made from scraps of reds, burgundies, pinks and muslins. The result is a lovely old-time scrap quilt that would work equally well as a tablecloth or as an accent piece on a couch or bed.
