MAINTENANCE
Website
Maintenance is a service of website revision and creation. This
allows you the ability to retain a current and competitive site,
updating your design and text on a month-by-month basis. A maintenance
fee per month or as needed is dependent upon what you choose for
your business or personal requirements. For example; a package of
three changes a month is $50.00; any additional changes, extra content
or graphics are a flat fee.
WHAT
IS INCLUDED IN OUR WEBSITE DESIGN

creation to include 5 pages total. |

Words
of Text supplied by the client (200 words per page approximate
maximum if not supplied via diskette. Webpages of more than
1,200 words of text may be subject to additional fees, especially
if they require a great deal of formatting). |

Links
to external pages, up to an average of 2.5 per page. |
| •
|
Photos
and other misc. graphic images supplied by the client (up to
an average of 1.3 included per page in standard websites and
"regular" pages. |

Uploading
of webpages on the client's web hosting service. |
| •

Minor
updates and changes to existing webpages for six-months. Additional
changes billed at hourly rate. |

Image
Map for Internet navigation
(Not included in the package price for sites smaller than 5
pages). |
WHAT
DOES IT COST?
Basic
Website Price: $400.00 Cdn
Basic Maintenance Price: $50.00 Cdn/pr month
If
you require a site smaller than 5 pages, or you are a non-profit
agency or society, arrangements can be made for a reduced price.

HOW
LONG DOES IT TAKE?
A
good quality website does take time. You can expect a standard website
in about one month. There is normally a consultation to determine
the clients needs and requirements, what type of elements are required,
guestbooks and the graphic content that is included in the site
does take time to design and develop. Depending upon the complexity
of the site, the time it takes to complete will vary. This will
be discussed originally during the first consultation.
