James Fennell is an avid Fly Fisher, outdoor enthusiast and writer. Currently assigned duties as the III Marine Expeditionary Force, G6 Plans Officer, he is stationed in Okinawa, Japan. His career has afforded him the opportunity to fish some of the more exotic places of the world, many of which are relatively unknown as fly fishing waters. He is married and has two children, both of which are budding fly fishers.
