Patience... I always take the long term view. I'm willing to work with a client for as long as it takes to get them what they want.

Persistence... I don't give up. The more complicated the problem, the more I enjoy the challenge.

Performance... I know my business. My 25 years of experience and knowledge gives me a very high success rate.

Pleasure...Although I work very hard, I truly enjoy what I do. I have fun with my clients, relish the challenges and take great pleasure in finding the perfect home. Buying a home with me is about as stress-free as it can get.

Promptness... I am almost obsessed with being on time. I never over-book so I am rarely late for an appointment. And I always return my clients calls quickly.

Background Stuff...

Have lived in Tsawwassen since 1978.

Married for 17 years.

Have been licensed as a Realtor since 1979.

Have been licensed as an Agent since 1981 (More courses, more exams. About 15% of salespeople are also licensed as Agents.)

Multiple winner of "The Medallion Club" (This is an award given annually by the Vancouver Real Estate Board to approximately the top 10% of licensed salespeople.)

Work exclusively in South Delta and mostly in Tsawwassen.

Enjoy mountain-biking, roller-blading (usually with Zoë) and golf.
