Sunny Tsawwassen

Tsawwassen is a gentle, 'rural-feeling' community of approximately 25,000 people. It is located on a peninsula only 35 kilometers south of Vancouver and 20 minutes from the airport. Surrounded by Boundary Bay & Georgia Strait, Tsawwassen has miles of sandy beaches.

The nickname " Sunny Tsawwassen " stems from the fact that Tsawwassen has less that 1/3 the rainfall of Vancouver. It is known for its excellent boating... wind-surfing... sailing... & golfing.

Mostly though, Tsawwassen is known as a great place to live, with an excellent school system, a small but vibrant commercial center, a fine hospital and the lowest crime rate in the Greater Vancouver Area.
